Family Day: Baby Bump on Week 20

We had the best and most exciting Eat-All-You-Can lunch at City Buffet in SM City Fairview last Saturday. My father had just arrived from Guam, and it was the first time that he saw me after the wedding, and after knowing that I am now pregnant. =) Here's my father and me.. Lunch was fun, and all of a sudden, became my mom's birthday celebration. Although, her birthday is still on the 26th. We just found out that they also have these singing restaurant crews and a cake if you're with someone celebrating his/her birthday. So my father requested for it, too. My Favorite Pregnancy Cravings

I used to think that there is no truth in food cravings and aversions during pregnancy, not until I have experienced it myself. MY FAVORITES: 1. My BaBy BuMp!- Week 17

My Body: I still weigh 133 lbs, and is expecting to gain few more pounds next week. Doctor advised me to take Obynal-M (multivitamins) and Trev-Iron (B-complex and Iron)  I always feel round ligament pain, typically experienced as aching and/or stabbing pains in the lower stomach and pelvic region and is most often reported at the end of the day. Ligament Pain is totally normal and is caused by the stretching of ligaments and muscles that support your ever-growing uterus. (Source: Baby Gaga on Facebook) Doctors advise sleeping on your left side, as lying on your back can compress your pelvic veins, decreasing blood flow to the lower half of your body.
